Our Managing Partners
Kari Nealeigh | Managing Partner
Kari Nealeigh is a Colorado native with over 15 years of experience in the Home Mortgage industry, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Underwriting, and Analyst skills. Kari was a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and currently holds her Real Estate license in Colorado. Her creative education background includes Interior Design, Industrial Design, and Web Design, providing her with valuable skills to help clients and investors in real estate transactions as well as acquiring multifamily properties.
In addition to her professional achievements, Kari is an active member of her community. She has served on the Knolls Townhouse HOA Board and Architectural Committee Control, volunteered at the Kids Ministry as a Leader at Flatiron’s Community Church, and has contributed to building homes with Habitat for Humanity to name a few.
As a member of the Multifamily network, Kari embodies the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service. She is known for her thoroughness, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring her clients and investors receive the highest level of service. When she is not working, Kari enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing sports, shooting pool, painting, and designing just about anything. She resides in Highlands Ranch with her teenage son, boyfriend, cat, dog, and 4 crested geckos.
Maggie D | Managing Partner
Maggie D, also known as Margaret Swartz DeGunia, is a successful entrepreneur and businesswoman with over 14 years of experience in the salon industry. She is a proud mother of four children, two of whom are biological and two of whom are adopted and all are now grown.
Throughout her career, Maggie D has owned and operated a total of six salons, and currently runs her own salon, M Salon. Her passion for the beauty industry is apparent in the quality of service her salon provides, and her commitment to her clients has helped her establish a loyal following.
In recent years, Maggie D has decided to expand her business ventures into the real estate market. She has obtained her Iowa and Nebraska Real Estate licenses in single-family units and is now moving into the multifamily market as well. Her determination to succeed in this new field, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, make her a force to be reckoned with.
Maggie D's success as a businesswoman and entrepreneur can be attributed to her strong work ethic, dedication to her craft, and her ability to adapt and grow with changing trends and markets. She is an inspiration to others in the industry and a testament to the power of hard work and perseverance.
